HEFEL cashmere goats live on the Himalayan plateaus, at altitudes of up to 5,000 meters, and their unique hair is processed into wonderfully light fillings for HEFEL cashmere duvets. To withstand the extreme living conditions in their homeland, where temperatures reach -45°C, these unusual animals have developed fur that protects against cold like no other.

OBTAINING DELICATE FIBERS

Cashmere goats are not sheared, and their delicate, fluffy fur is brushed by hand once a year. The yield of a goat is only from 100 g to 300 g. It's no wonder that high-quality cashmere is extremely rare and valuable.
